When a survey is created, we provide an option to enable Enhanced
Anonymity Mode. If enabled, this feature prevents
our survey software from sending any unique indentifiers
that we record from being
sent to you in the survey results analysis. This includes all
of the online survey results reports as well as the raw data
download.
This provides some
assurance to your survey recipients that your survey is in
fact confidential, and that you will not be able to trace a
single response back to the respondent. Of
course, this assumes that you do not
ask for the respondent's name or contact number in the survey
itself.
When enabled, the anonymity mode is displayed in the footnote
of the survey
response form so that survey respondents will know that
the mode is activated.
